We always heard a lot of sound noise outside the room such telephone ringing, cleaning room coz room not keep silent. Room reservation is not like per booking and dirty.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. + Charming, helpful and English-speaking staff! + Clean luxurious rooms with nice design, transparent bath (lol, wow) and awesome shower. + Excellent breakfast buffet with decent coffee + Beds are very comfortable and nice. + The swimming pool lacks a good view, but is very nice and clean. + Despite being a bit remote, there are a couple of restaurants, shops and a pharmacy right next to the hotel. + The surroundings of the hotel might feel a bit undeveloped, but surprisingly this part of the city is much cleaner than the South. + For this price, this hotel can't be beat! Our first reaction to this place were raised eyebrows: "wow, we get all this for how much?" Kind regards and thanks to the staff from us (sorry, we couldn't remember your names, but I'm sure you would recognize us from this review). This is the place to stay in Pattaya!

-/+ Our room's air conditioner was acting quirky. The staff changed our room immediately with no hassle. Very good service! - The air conditioner is a bit noisy even at the lowest fan setting. -/+ There's wi-fi everywhere in the hotel. However, at evening time a lot of people (apparently from China) irresponsibly download/view HD videos or something, and the speeds on your floor might drop to a minimum. If I could suggest a single improvement to this hotel: either upgrade your Internet channel or set download limits per connection. You can still get very good speed in the lounge or by the pool though. -/+ Location is a mixed bag. Surely it's away from the Walking Street and the main attractions (about 35-40 min walk). However, we actually found this to be a bonus. The people and the tourists here are a bit different. I dare cautiously say: a bit more upper class. Hence, the hotel and surroundings leave an impression of cleanliness and quietness. If you want to get away from the suburban noise of Pattaya - this is the place I recommend. If you want to dive back into the craze, you can always catch a 10 baht tuk-tuk. All the fun is like a 10 minute drive away. Still, despite these small drawbacks, we enjoyed the place very much and would visit it again!

Balkon. Zimmer war von der Ausstattung und Größe in Ordnung.

Frühstück für diese Kategorie zu schlecht. Etage nicht Klimatisiert (7 Stockwerk) Fast kein Wasserdruck in der Leitung. Grundreinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig! Klimaanlagen zu laut und muffige Luft im Zimmer. Umgebung vom Hotel nichts besonderes, sehr schmutzig und unaufgeräumt. Am Balkon keine Bestuhlung und Lichtschalter für die Beleuchtung vorhanden. Personal nicht gerade Kundenorientiert, war aber fast überall in Pattaya so.

พนักงานให้การต้อนรับอย่างดี( มีเวลคัมดริ้งมาเสริฟตอนมาถึง) ไม่ว่าจะเป็นที่ฟร้อน พนักงานน้องๆ โซนฟิตเนส สระว่ายน้ำ ห้องสะอาด ฟิตเนสมีน้องๆให้คำแนะนำดีมากๆ สระว่ายน้ำก็กว้าง บริเวณกว้างขวาง หาของกินไม่ลำบากในบริเวณแถวนั้น ถือว่าทำเลดี สงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน

ห้องมีหลายอย่างใช้งานได้ไม่เต็มที่ เช่น แอร์ ไม่เย็นเลย ที่ฉีดก้นน้ำไหนเบาจนใช้ไม่ได้ และอ่างน้ำ น้ำไม่ระบายออก

ห้องไม่ได้แบบที่คิดไว้ ทำจองไปสองคืนแต่กลับระบุคืนเดียว

ห้องพักสวย

ไวไฟช้ามาก ห้องอาหารแน่นมาก เอาอาหารมาวางไว้แล้วแต่ถูกลูกค้าอื่นมาแย่งโต๊ะ พนักงานไม่เก็บโต๊ะ โต๊ะไม่สะอาด พนักงานตะโกนคุยกันมึงๆกูๆ

เตียงนุ่ม เงียบสงบ

ห้องน้ำไม่มีสายชำระก้น รูปเตียงในห้องพักไม่ตรงกับการที่จองมา ควรเปลี่ยนรูปห้อง

อาหาร วิว ความสะอาด ความเป็นส่วนตัว เงียบมาก
